Thank you for shopping with DogHilda. Whether online or in store, we work hard to make your shopping experience enjoyable, and pride ourselves on delivering the best possible customer service. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we offer a full refund or replacement service.
When placing your order please ensure you check it carefully to ensure details such as sizing, colour and type of product are correct. The cost of returning incorrrectly ordered goods is at the expense of the customer, and not covered by DogHilda.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by turpex on a fully tracked, Next Working Day service, when placed before 3pm Monday - Friday.

Turpex do not perform collections from us or deliver to you on the below days:

Issues with your Order
DogHilda team work hard to ensure all orders are dispatched to you as quickly and accurately as possible. If you are not happy with your order please do not hesitate to contact our team to rectify any issues.

Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order and your item has already been dispatched, please ensure you return your purchase to us in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, your order will be refunded excluding postage costs. All shipping costs to return a cancelled order are at the cost of the customer.

Cancellation
